We are a fast-growing AI startup building at the intersection of healthcare and intelligent automation, focused on transforming non-clinical operations for dental practices.

Were looking for a Founding Engineer who enjoys building high-quality systems in a high-ownership, fast-moving startup environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the founder and shape the core product from the ground up.

What Youll Do :

- Build and scale AI-driven systems to automate complex administrative workflows in dental practices

- Develop intelligent agents combining LLMs and voice systems for real-world interactions (e.g., insurance verification)

- Design and implement systems for extracting, interpreting, and structuring data from multiple sources

- Work on financial estimation engines that translate complex insurance rules into accurate outputs

- Own end-to-end development of core product features, from architecture to production

- Collaborate closely with the founder to define product and technical direction

Requirements :

- Strong experience in backend development using Python

- Hands-on experience working with LLMs, APIs, or AI-driven applications

- Solid understanding of building scalable systems and clean architecture

- Ability to work in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment

- Experience with startups or 0- 1 building is a strong plus
