Forward Deployment Engineer I/Architect

About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned Architect (FDE-1) with deep expertise in Cloud, AI/ML, and Generative AI to drive the design and development of scalable, intelligent systems. This role demands strong architectural thinking, hands-on technical leadership, and the ability to build robust API-driven and data-intensive platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and lead architecture for cloud-native AI/ML and GenAI solutions

- Design scalable and secure API frameworks and microservices architectures

- Build and oversee data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for large-scale AI/ML systems

- Architect end-to-end solutions integrating Generative AI and LLM capabilities

- Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of platforms

- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Provide technical leadership, best practices, and architectural governance

- Mentor senior engineers and guide teams on design and implementation

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Deep understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI (LLMs, model integration, deployment)

- Expertise in API design and development (REST, GraphQL, microservices)

- Hands-on experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes

- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures

- Proficiency in backend technologies (preferably Python)

- Experience in designing data-driven systems and data modeling

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with MLOps and model lifecycle management

- Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Exposure to real-time data processing and streaming architectures

- Proven experience in an architect or senior leadership role
