Responsibilities :

- Own the full-stack implementation of user-facing apps, from backend APIs and data models to frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Build configurable automation interfaces where RevOps and sales teams can define trigger conditions, routing rules, and downstream actions.
- Expose agent reasoning and decision flow through explainable interfaces and debug tooling to increase transparency and trust.
- Automate user and environment provisioning, so customer onboarding can scale from days to hours.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to operationalise LLM agents in production workflows.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade full-stack applications.
- Fluency in frontend (React, TypeScript).
- Experience with Java + Spring Boot, especially in microservices or high-scale backend environments.
- Experience with event-driven architectures, workflow engines, or custom automation systems.
- Ability to design and maintain integrations with third-party APIs (e. g., Salesforce, Slack, Outreach).
- Strong product intuition, you care about clarity, debuggability and extensibility.
- Solid understanding of APIs, data modelling, databases, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc.).
- Experience designing orchestration frameworks or state machines that manage dynamic workflows.
- Familiarity with agentic AI systems, LLM toolchains, or autonomous action planners.
- Exposure to GTM tools and data (CRM systems, enrichment APIs, usage telemetry).
- Background in building low-code / no-code interfaces or internal dev tools.
- Startup or 0 1 product-building experience in fast-moving environments.
