Role Overview :

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work closely with customers and internal teams to design, build, deploy, and optimize technology solutions for complex business problems. The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering skills with customer-facing capabilities and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software solutions.

- Build custom integrations, applications, workflows, and prototypes to address customer-specific use cases.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and customer-facing teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Integrate solutions with customer systems, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in customer environments.

- Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions based on customer feedback and changing requirements.

- Contribute to product and platform improvements by identifying recurring customer needs and technical gaps.

- Ensure solutions meet requirements related to performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.

- Document technical solutions, integrations, configurations, and implementation processes.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Travel to customer locations when required to support deployments, workshops, or technical engagements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience in software engineering, application development, or solution engineering.

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C++.

- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, system integration, and distributed systems.

- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Experience building and deploying production-grade applications.

- Ability to work across the full software development lifecycle.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and engineering best practices.

- Experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders is highly preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
