Role :
Were looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who will work closely with our clients to build
production-grade software that solves high-impact business problems. As an FDE, youll be on the front
lines, understanding client needs, scoping solutions, and implementing features end-to-end.
Youll work directly with founders, product leaders, and operators - scoping problems, designing solutions, and building performant software end-to-end. You will iterate quickly, test relentlessly, and own features
from architecture through deployment, while working closely with senior engineers and AI-powered toolchains.

Responsibilities :
- Work directly with clients to understand their business challenges, participate in discussions/demos, and translate requirements into clear technical solutions.
- Break down ambiguous product requirements into actionable engineering tasks with a strong product-thinking mindset.
- Design and implement full-stack features end-to-endfrom API and backend logic to frontend UI and integration.
- Participate in system design and architecture conversations, contributing to scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Build, test, and deploy production-ready software using modern frameworks and engineering best practices.
- Iterate rapidly: prototype, validate, refine, and deliver features with a bias toward impact and speed.
- Debug, diagnose, and resolve issues in real-world client environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and usability.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver polished, user-centric outcomes.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, supported by documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to engineering excellence through code reviews, CI/CD processes, automation, and internal best practices.
- Stay adaptable and learn new technologies, frameworks, and domains as project needs evolve.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team to strengthen overall capability.
Experience :
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on software engineering experience, preferably in fast-paced environments, and have worked in client facing roles.
Skill :
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java).
- Familiarity with frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Django, and eagerness to pick up new stacks.
- Ability to write clear, maintainable code and contribute to documentation.
- Proven track record of timely project delivery across multiple parallel initiatives.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices.
- Ability to break down ambiguous requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tasks.
- Strong debugging skills in production-like environments - performance, reliability, and system-level issues.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, rapid iteration cycles, and fast-paced delivery workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and contribute effectively to code reviews.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in client-facing or cross-functional team settings.
- Ability to quickly learn new languages, frameworks, or tools as required by different client projects.
