Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer to work at the intersection of AI engineering and enterprise deployments. This role involves building and deploying production-grade AI systems directly with enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable AI-driven solutions for enterprise use cases

- Work closely with customers to solve complex integration and architecture challenges

- Build APIs, microservices, and backend systems (Python / FastAPI)

- Develop and deploy AI agents and orchestration workflows

- Lead technical discussions with enterprise architects and stakeholders

- Translate business problems into production-ready AI systems

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong backend engineering (Python, APIs, microservices)

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)

- Experience building production-grade AI/LLM systems

- Strong understanding of distributed systems and integrations

Mandatory Experience:

- Direct enterprise/customer-facing experience

- Built and deployed systems in production (not just POCs)

- Experience working across APIs, integrations, and system architecture

Good to Have:

- Exposure to RAG pipelines and vector databases

- Experience with enterprise platforms or large-scale deployments
