About the Role :

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, youll be responsible for delivering world-class Voice AI Agents for enterprise clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and fine-tune AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Acting as the bridge between Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, youll ensure seamless deployments and lasting customer impact.

What Youll Be Doing :

- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to gather requirements, prototype demos, and present technical solutions.

- Act as the go-to expert for building Voice AI solutions, including LLM prompt design and optimization.

- Own the full lifecycle of AI Agent development - from requirement gathering and configuration to deployment, integration, and continuous improvement.

- Build and maintain full-stack integrations (Python, JavaScript) with enterprise systems such as CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling tools.

- Work closely with client teams, including occasional onsite engagement, to accelerate solution delivery.

- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product improvement and GTM strategies.

- Develop runbooks, code templates, and training material to ensure long-term customer self-sufficiency.

- Standardize reusable solution patterns into scalable tools or components.

Requirements :

- Strong understanding of AI applications and prompt engineering patterns.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience in software development with proficiency in at least one major programming language.

- Full-stack development capability (front-end + back-end).

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams.

- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

- Experience with AI Agents, RAG systems, or data security is an added advantage.
