Description :

We are looking for an FDE specializing in Agentic AI systems and enterprise automation. This role focuses on building autonomous AI workflows and multi-agent systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement multi-agent systems

- Build workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen

- Develop agent orchestration, tool usage, and memory systems

- Automate enterprise workflows (CX, operations, support)

- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, APIs)

Must-Have Skills :

- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (MANDATORY)

- Multi-agent orchestration and workflow design

- Strong backend engineering (Python, APIs)

- Experience with tool integration and agent memory patterns

Strong Plus :

- Voice AI / Conversational AI

- Contact center automation (IVR, speech systems)

Mandatory Experience :

- Built and deployed agent-based systems in production

- Experience automating real-world workflows using AI

- Exposure to enterprise integrations

Interview Process :
