Forward Deployed Backend Engineer - Microservices Architecture

Job Description :

We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer Backend with strong backend development and client-facing experience to design, deploy, and scale enterprise solutions. The role involves working closely with clients, leading technical discussions, building integrations, and ensuring successful production deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and deploy scalable backend systems and microservices

- Work directly with enterprise clients to gather requirements and drive solution delivery

- Handle integrations with ERP, TMS, WMS, and third-party systems

- Develop APIs and event-driven systems using Kafka/RabbitMQ

- Manage deployments on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Docker & Kubernetes

- Own end-to-end delivery from architecture to production support

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of backend development experience

- 2+ years of client-facing or solutions engineering experience

- Strong expertise in microservices, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes

- Hands-on experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ

- Cloud deployment experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Strong problem-solving and production deployment experience

Preferred :

- Product/SaaS background

- Experience with enterprise integrations and real-world deployments
