Forward Deploy Architect

Role Overview :

We are looking for an accomplished Forward Deploy Architect with strong expertise in enterprise application architecture, full-stack engineering, AWS cloud architecture, Generative AI, and Agentic AI engineering.

The ideal candidate will combine architectural leadership with hands-on engineering capabilities to design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready enterprise solutions. The role involves working closely with clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to solve complex business challenges and accelerate AI-led transformation initiatives across the Life Sciences and Healthcare domains.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define scalable, secure, resilient, and highly available enterprise application architectures.

- Design microservices, REST APIs, event-driven systems, distributed applications, and cloud-native platforms.

- Develop architecture blueprints, solution designs, technical roadmaps, and Architecture Decision Records.

- Build and troubleshoot full-stack applications using Java and/or Python, along with React and/or Angular.

- Architect and implement AWS cloud solutions using services such as EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, and Amazon Bedrock.

- Design and implement LLM-based applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, agentic workflows, and tool-enabled automation.

- Lead client workshops, technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and solution demonstrations.

- Mentor engineering teams and establish architecture and development best practices.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- 15 - 20 years of relevant technology experience.

- Strong experience in enterprise application architecture and solution architecture.

- Hands-on development experience in Java and/or Python.

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS architecture and cloud-native application development.

- Practical experience implementing Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

- Strong experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or related industries.

Important Requirements :

- Work Location : Bengaluru.

- Work Mode : 5 days per week from the office.

- Candidates must be willing to attend one mandatory in-person interview round.
