Fortra Automate Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Fortra Automate Specialist to design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using the Fortra Automate platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Fortra Automate tools to streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and support the organizations automation goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and provide scalable solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and implement automation solutions.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated workflows for performance and reliability.

- Maintain documentation of automation processes, scripts, and operational procedures.

- Provide training and support to end-users on the automation platform and solutions.

- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and best practices in automation.

- Stay updated with the latest Fortra Automate features and industry automation trends.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience with Fortra Automate Desktop and Server environments.

- Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, VBScript, JavaScript, or Python).

- Experience with task automation, job scheduling, and workflow design.

- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and applications such as databases, ERP, and cloud platforms is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
