Role Overview :

The Salesforce Solution Architect is a senior technical leadership position requiring 10-15 Years of experience, with a mandatory 10+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and architecture.

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Solution Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) by developing robust solution designs and providing technical guidance throughout.

The main focus will be on defining and maintaining the core application architecture of the business systems, ensuring alignment with the "Lead-to-Revenue" transformation strategy.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect (1015 years experience) with mandatory deep expertise in the Salesforce platform to lead technical solution design across the entire SDLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating business requirements into technical concepts, defining the Corporate Business Systems application roadmap, and providing technical guidance to development teams. Key responsibilities include acting as the solution design authority, performing design and performance analysis, ensuring compliance with standards, and closely collaborating with stakeholders to articulate the rationale for complex architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Deliverables :

Solution Architecture and Design Authority :

- Validate and map Business Requirements into Technical Solution Concepts and Designs, ensuring solutions are feasible, scalable, and maintainable within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Undertake solution design throughout the project lifecycle, acting as the solution design authority throughout the complete Solution Delivery Lifecycle, creating technical designs as required.

- Defining the Corporate Business Systems applications roadmap and providing recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions that align with short- and long-term business goals.

- Provide technical advice to projects during the analysis and design phases, influencing the direction of core application architecture.

Development Guidance and Quality Assurance :

- Provide technical guidance to team members on Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.

- Performing design, debugging, and performance analysis on solutions, specifically within the Salesforce platform and related integrated systems.

- Producing high-quality, properly functioning deliverables on time and on budget, including performing Unit testing and Writing documentation.

- Working with UI/UX & Dev teams to translate wire-frames and comps into interactive HTML/CSS/JavaScript for front-end components within the Salesforce framework (e.g., Lightning Web Components, Aura).

Stakeholder Management and Process Improvement :

- Pro-actively engage with Business and IT to ensure solutions enable the required business functionality / capabilities, comply with standards and policies, re-use existing functionality, and address operational stability requirements.

- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to maintain a productive relationship by articulating the solution design benefits, constraints of the implementation environment, and rationale for the solution design.

- Documenting and sharing best practice knowledge for new solutions, and advocating for process improvements and helping develop solutions across the organization.

- Regularly communicating new features and benefits to partners, customers, and other stakeholders.

- Contributing to the transition from current to target state architecture.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 1015 Years Total Experience with 10+ years Experience in Salesforce.

- Core Role : Expertise in developing and maintaining core application architecture and acting as solution design authority.

- Technical : Ability to translate Business Requirements into Technical Solution Concepts and Designs; proficiency in design, debugging, and performance analysis.

- Soft Skills : Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills; Excellent analytical skills; Solid understanding of IT topics; Keen attention to detail.

- Integrations : Demonstrated experience to integrate analytical information.

Preferred Skills :

- Relevant Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect).

- Experience with related Lead-to-Revenue platforms (e.g., Conga, Oracle).

- Experience in a global consulting environment.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices for Salesforce (CI/CD, version control).
