Required Information :

Role : ForgeRock and Ping AIC Engineer/Specialist

Required Technical Skill Set :

- Design, implementation/integration, and deployment of ForgeRock and PingOne AIC components.

- Scripting languages (Java, JavaScript, Groovy).

- Integration with various applications like web apps, mobile apps, APIs, and SaaS services.

- Automate deployment using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar.

Desired Experience Range : 3 - 5 years minimum implementing ForgeRock solutions.

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral) :

Must-Have :

- Install, configure, and deploy ForgeRock and PingOne AIC components in on-premise, cloud, or hybrid environments.

- Develop custom workflows, authentication/authorization policies, and integrations using platform-specific tools and scripting languages.

- Implement SSO, MFA, and Federation using protocols like SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.

- Configure and manage directories (LDAP, Active Directory) with IAM platforms.

- Integrate target applications using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC protocols.

- Automate deployment and configuration tasks using Ansible, Terraform, or similar.

- Administer and maintain the health and performance of ForgeRock and PingOne AIC environments.

- Monitor system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues proactively.

- Perform upgrades, patching, and migrations of IAM components.

- Develop and maintain runbooks and operational procedures.

- Integrate ForgeRock and PingOne AIC with a wide range of applications, including web apps, mobile apps, APIs, and SaaS services.

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs for IAM functionalities.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and work with application teams to ensure seamless identity management.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, highly available, and meet security and compliance requirements.

Good-to-Have :

- Experience of IG and PingOne AIC.

- UI development and enhancements.

- Solution Design and Architecture Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.

Role Responsibilities / Expectations :

- Design and develop technical/functional capabilities from business requirements.

- SME support for Ping Identity (ForgeRock) IAM service.

- Lead technical conversations on ForgeRock / PingOne AIC.
