About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced ForgeRock IAM Engineer with deep expertise in ForgeRock tools and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, and maintaining identity management systems using ForgeRock technologies, primarily in on-premise environments.

This is a hands-on implementation role suited for candidates who have strong experience in SSO integrations, custom connector development, and IAM architecture, not just platform support or basic administration.

Primary Responsibilities :

- End-to-end implementation and configuration of ForgeRock IAM solutions (IDM, AM, DS, IG).

- Design and implement SSO integrations, identity provisioning, authentication, and access control mechanisms.

- Develop custom connectors and authentication modules tailored to enterprise applications.

- Integrate applications with IAM systems for seamless identity federation and SSO.

- Support the IAM environment, ensure high availability, and perform regular health checks.

- Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure and scalable IAM solutions.

- Lead on-premise deployments and participate in cloud migration strategies as needed.

Must-Have Experience :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ForgeRock IAM tools.

- Strong understanding of IAM concepts: provisioning, deprovisioning, authentication, authorization, SSO, federation.

- Experience developing custom authentication nodes and ForgeRock connectors.

- Proven experience with onboarding applications for SSO.

- Experience with on-premise IAM deployments (Cloud experience is a plus).

- Hands-on with scripting, REST APIs, and directory services (LDAP).

Preferred Candidate Background :

- IAM Implementation Engineer / Architect

- ForgeRock Developer (not just admin or platform support)

- Background in IT Security or Enterprise Application Integration

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
