This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing IT and Digital Marketing projects who is looking to grow into a senior leadership position within a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and coordinate end-to-end IT and Digital Marketing projects under the guidance of senior management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to drive project success.

- Track timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects meet scope, quality standards, and deadlines.

- Support client communication and act as a point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Prepare project plans, estimations, reports, and documentation while proactively identifying risks, delays, or bottlenecks.

- Assist in sprint planning, task assignments, and workflow optimization to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements :

- 3 to 4 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within a service-based IT company.

- Good understanding of digital marketing workflows such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

- Familiarity with web development, mobile apps, or software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Proficiency with project management tools such as Odoo, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.

- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in project management tools (Odoo, Jira, Trello, Asana) for planning, tracking, and collaboration.

- Solid understanding of web and mobile development processes, including basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and CMS platforms like WordPress.

- Familiar with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, or similar tools.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and SDLC principles.

- Experience using version control systems like Git and task management workflows
