Oracle HRMS Consultant

Experience : 4+ years

Location : Chennai / Salem

Notice Period : Immediate - 30 Days preferred

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant (4+ years experience, EBS R12 mandatory) with hands-on expertise across modules including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, Talent, and Performance Management.


The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading end-to-end implementation, customization, and integration projects. Key requirements include excellent communication, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to no travel constraints based on project needs. Prior functional experience with Saudi HR legislation is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Deliverables :


Functional Configuration and Implementation :

- Serve as the functional consultant with hands-on expertise in Oracle HRMS modules EBS R12, including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR (Self-Service HR), OTL (Oracle Time and Labor), Talent, and Performance Management.

- Demonstrate Proven experience in implementing Oracle HRMS solutions, covering all phases including configuration, setup, customization identification, and integration with other systems.

- Perform detailed functional gap analysis between client requirements and standard Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) functionality.

- Design and document functional specifications for necessary customizations, extensions, and reports (MD50/TE025).

Project Lifecycle and Support :

- Must have work experience in End-to-end implementation, Support, enhancement, and development projects, demonstrating versatility across the entire project lifecycle.

- Execute system integration testing (SIT) and provide critical support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live phases.

- Provide post-production support, troubleshoot complex functional issues, and manage system enhancements and patches.

Client and Compliance Focus :

- Possess Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with client stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams.

- Demonstrate the Ability to work well in teams and independently, managing assigned tasks effectively under pressure.

- Must confirm Should not have travel constraints based on project requirements (domestic or international).

- Functional expertise gained from candidates who worked in Saudi legislation (e.g., GOSI, Saudi Labor Law configuration) would be an added advantage.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 4+ years of relevant experience and hands-on expertise in Oracle HRMS modules EBS R12.

- Core Modules : Hands-on experience on Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, Talent, Performance (multiple modules required).

- Lifecycle : Proven experience in End-to-end implementation, Support, enhancement, and development projects.

- Communication : Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

- Logistics : Should not have travel constraints and able to join within Immediate - 30 Days preferred.
