Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

- Implement secure coding practices and ensure application security.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

- Work with APIs, third-party integrations, and cloud services.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter).

- Hands-on experience with Flutter for cross-platform mobile app development.

- Solid understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL and database design.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.

- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to Have :

- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.

- Exposure to Microservices architecture.

- Understanding of UI/UX principles.
