Job Description :

Focaloid seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Angular (latest versions), Core Python, and Azure Cloud Services in Bangalore /Kerala The candidate will play a pivotal role in leading technical design, architecture, and development efforts across web applications, ensuring scalable and cloud-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end application development using Angular (v12+ to updated Version), Core Python, and Azure cloud services.

- Define and drive architecture, design decisions, and best coding practices for the team.

- Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into

technical solutions.

- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Leverage Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Cosmos

DB, Azure DevOps, etc.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to CI/CD and DevOps best practices.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and suggest continuous improvements.

Technical Skills Required :

- Frontend : Expertise in Angular (v12+), TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS.

- Backend : Proficiency in Core Python, with experience in building scalable backends using

frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI.

- Cloud : Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure

DevOps).

- APIs : Proficient in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Databases : Knowledge of relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (Cosmos

DB, MongoDB).

- Version Control : Git and GitHub/Bitbucket.

- DevOps : Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in software development with leadership responsibilities.

- Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile methodologies.
