Flyers Soft - Test Engineer - TCS BaNCS Custody Platform

Description :

- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing on the TCS BaNCS Custody platform.

- Validate trade settlement workflows, including pre-matching, settlement instruction generation, and confirmation.

- Test modules related to cash management, position management, and corporate actions within custody operations.

- Execute SWIFT message validation (MT54x series, MT56x, etc.) and ensure accurate message flow between systems.

- Validate market-specific processes for GCC settlement, including local exchange connectivity and regional settlement cycles.

- Document test cases, prepare test data, and maintain test scripts using JIRA, Zephyr, and Confluence.

- Track and manage defects through the full testing lifecycle; coordinate with developers for issue resolution.

- Participate in requirement walkthroughs, design reviews, and test planning discussions.

- Ensure compliance with internal QA processes and project timelines.

Required Technical & Functional Skills :

- Hands-on experience with TCS BaNCS Custody platform (trade capture, settlement, reconciliation, corporate actions).

- Strong understanding of custody operations, settlement workflows, cash/position management, and asset servicing.

- Knowledge of GCC market settlement processes and regional market practices.

- Experience validating SWIFT messages for trade settlements and confirmations.

- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, and test documentation tools.

- Familiarity with SQL for backend validation (good to have).

- Exposure to end-to-end UAT coordination and defect triage processes.
