Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of digital asset and blockchain-based solutions within wholesale banking.

- Architect and implement secure custody solutions, including HSM/MPC integrations and key ceremonies.

- Develop and maintain smart contracts, APIs, and distributed ledger components.

- Ensure operational resilience, high performance, and throughput optimization of DLT and real-time payment systems.

- Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to translate functional requirements into robust, scalable designs.

- Drive adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory standards in digital asset ecosystems.

- Stay abreast of emerging blockchain frameworks, tokenization models, and digital asset custody solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in technology or product delivery within banking or financial services.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain, digital assets, or real-time payments.

- 2+ years of development experience in one or more major programming languages (Java, .NET, Python).

- In-depth knowledge of Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT) and smart contract development.

- Expertise in custody architecture, HSM/MPC, and key management principles.

- Strong understanding of secure integration patterns (APIs, event streaming, Kafka) and encryption standards (TLS, PGP).

- Proven experience in performance tuning and throughput optimization for distributed systems.

Preferred Certifications :

- Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Enterprise Architecture: TOGAF

- Security: CISSP or CISM

- Blockchain/DLT: Hyperledger, Corda, Certified Blockchain Professional (CBP)

- Agile Delivery: PMI-ACP or Scrum certifications
