Flyers Soft - Senior Developer - Oracle HCM Module

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy dashboards and analytics solutions using Oracle FDI/FAW and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

- Build pixel-perfect reports with BI Publisher to meet business and compliance requirements.

- Integrate and transform Oracle HCM Cloud data to provide meaningful insights.

- Write and optimize SQL/PL/SQL queries for data manipulation, extraction, and performance tuning.

- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

- Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance across all analytics platforms.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing dashboards and reports.

- Stay current with Oracle analytics tools and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

Technical Skills (Required) :

- Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC): Data visualization and reporting.

- Oracle HCM Cloud: Understanding of HR data and modules.

- SQL/PL/SQL: Data querying, transformation, and optimization.

- Familiarity with data security and governance best practices.

Education & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle analytics and reporting, with at least 2+ years specifically on FDI/FAW and OAC.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality dashboards and analytics solutions in enterprise environments
