Flyers Soft - Manual Tester - Trading Platform

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform manual testing of trade settlement processes on TCS BaNCS GSP custody platform.

- Validate trade booking, cash flow management, and settlement operations in line with business requirements.

- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans.

- Collaborate with business users and developers to understand requirements and expected outcomes.

- Identify, document, and track defects and issues using test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence).

- Ensure compliance with custody operations and investment banking standards.

- Support process optimization and potential automation initiatives within custody services.

- Provide insights and recommendations for improving quality and efficiency of trade settlement processes.

Mandatory Skills :

- Hands-on experience with TCS BaNCS GSP custody platform.

- Strong understanding of GCC custody business and investment banking products.

- Expertise in trade booking, settlement, and cash flow management.

- Experience with test management tools : JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Exposure to process optimization and automation in custody operations is a plus.

Experience :

- 5+ years in manual testing within custody or trade settlement services.

- Proven experience in validating trade settlement processes and custody operations.
