Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and manage ELK stack solutions for logging, monitoring, and analytics.

- Integrate ELK with various data sources and ensure optimized ingestion pipelines.

- Maintain and enhance observability and monitoring frameworks across cloud and on-prem environments.

- Automate infrastructure setup and deployments using GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, or similar tools.

- Collaborate with development teams to create dashboards and alerts for application and infrastructure monitoring.

- Work with Kubernetes to monitor containerized workloads and ensure system scalability and reliability.

- Support and troubleshoot issues across Azure and/or AWS cloud environments.

- Partner with SRE and DevOps teams to implement best practices in availability, reliability, and performance.

- Document system configurations and processes using Confluence, and track progress via JIRA and ServiceNow.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT or DevOps environments.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and monitoring tools.

- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.

- Experience with cloud platforms Azure and/or AWS.

- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language: Java, .NET, or Python.

- Familiarity with automation tools such as GitLab CI/CD and Ansible.

- Working knowledge of ServiceNow, Confluence, and JIRA for operational workflows.

- Understanding of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) and DevOps principles.

Qualifications:

- Experience integrating ELK with application performance monitoring (APM) solutions.

- Exposure to log management, alerting, and visualization best practices.

- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and observability frameworks.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
