Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled - Flutter Web Developer- with 3-5 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing and deploying responsive web applications using Flutter and Dart. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and project managers to build high-quality web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and responsive Flutter web applications.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure application stability.

- Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and Agile ceremonies.

- Work independently and manage deliverables with minimal supervision.

Required Skills:

- 3-5 years of professional experience in - Flutter- with a strong focus on - web development .

- Proficiency in Dart and experience using - Flutter for Web .

- Solid understanding of responsive UI design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Experience with State Management- techniques (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).

- Hands-on experience integrating APIs and managing data flows.

- Familiarity with Git , CI/CD , and deployment processes.

- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and modern web standards.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.

Good to Have :

- Experience working with Firebase or other backend-as-a-service platforms.

- Knowledge of web security best practices.

- Previous experience in a contract or remote work setup.

- Exposure to backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python) is a plus.
