Flutter Lead - Android & iOS Platform

Were looking for a Flutter Lead to own and scale high-impact consumer mobile applications used by millions. This role is for a strong mobile engineer who combines deep Flutter expertise, architectural ownership, and team leadership, and thrives in fast-paced product environments.

You will lead the Flutter practice end-to-enddriving technical direction, building robust mobile foundations, and mentoring a team to deliver world-class user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the overall Flutter mobile architecture for high-scale consumer apps (Android & iOS)

- Lead development of production-grade, performance-optimized Flutter applications

- Make key decisions around state management, app structure, performance, and scalability

- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend, and QA to ship features end-to-end

- Drive best practices in Flutter, Dart, code quality, testing, and CI/CD

- Review code, enforce standards, and ensure long-term maintainability

- Mentor and grow junior and mid-level Flutter developers

Required Qualifications :

- 7+ years of total mobile development experience with 3+ years leading Flutter projects

- Strong expertise in Dart, Flutter SDK internals, widgets, and rendering pipeline

- Deep experience with state management (Bloc / Riverpod / Provider / Redux)

- Hands-on experience with platform channels and native integrations (Android & iOS)

- Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization, memory management, and animations

- Experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs, real-time systems, and third-party SDKs

- Solid understanding of mobile app security, analytics, and crash monitoring

- Experience owning apps through App Store & Play Store review cycles

- Ability to balance technical excellence with product velocity
