Flutter Engineer - Dart Programming

Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and passionate Flutter Developer to join our team and help build high-quality cross-platform applications. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing responsive, maintainable, and scalable mobile or web applications that deliver excellent user experiences across Android, iOS, and/or web platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build advanced applications using Flutter and Dart for mobile (iOS and Android) and/or web platforms.

- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to define application features and ensure a smooth development process.

- Translate UI/UX designs into functional mobile or web applications with responsive and adaptive layouts.

- Integrate with backend services and RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth data handling and syncing.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.

- Conduct unit, widget, and integration testing to ensure code quality.

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team meetings.

- Keep up to date with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile/web development trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in mobile/web app development using Flutter and Dart.

- Strong knowledge of Flutter framework, widgets, and architecture patterns (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, GetX).

- Experience with third-party libraries, RESTful APIs, and cloud services (e.g., Firebase).

- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive layouts, and cross-platform development challenges.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Familiarity with the full mobile development lifecycle and app deployment processes (App Store, Google Play).

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
