We are currently seeking an experienced Flutter Developer who aligns with our core values and mission to empower, automate, and transform HR processes.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising designers, developers, and product managers to architect and develop intuitive and efficient user interfaces using Flutter.

- Utilize state management libraries like Provider and BLOC to build robust and scalable front-end architectures.

- Contribute to the design and development of maintainable and scalable codebases, emphasizing readability and collaboration.

- Leverage your expertise in software architecture to ensure the stability and performance of our applications.

- Utilize Firebase for real-time data handling and user engagement.

- Implement comprehensive unit tests to validate the functionality and robustness of our applications.

- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure precise and pixel-perfect implementation of design elements.

Required Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.

- Proficiency in state management libraries such as Provider and BLOC.

- Exceptional understanding of software architecture, capable of designing scalable and maintainable codebases.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects within established timelines.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
