Role Overview :

- We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer (5+ relevant expereince Years) to join our team.

- You'll be working on building robust healthcare applications using Flutter with BLoC state management and clean architecture principles.

- This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging problems in healthcare while contributing to innovative, life-impacting technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.

- Implement Flutter Bloc for state management within a clean architecture framework.

- Apply clean architecture principles and design patterns to ensure scalable, maintainable, and testable code.

- Write comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests to maintain code quality.

- Integrate with native libraries using FFI (Foreign Function Interface) for advanced functionalities.

- Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to deliver fully integrated healthcare solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.

- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a high-quality codebase.

Qualifications

- 4 years of professional experience in Flutter development.

- At least one Flutter application deployed on Play Store or App Store.

- Strong knowledge of clean architecture and design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with unit tests, widget tests, and integration testing.

- Proficiency with FFI for integrating native code.

- Solid understanding of Git, version control, and CI/CD tools.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience working in Agile development using tools like JIRA.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with analytics tools like Amplitude or PostHog.

- Exposure to WebRTC and real-time communication (WebSockets).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

- Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or developer communities
