Flutter Developer - Dart

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain modular, scalable application architecture aligned with clean and maintainable design principles.

- Set up and maintain a robust CI/CD pipeline for automated build, test, and deploy cycles.

- Implement comprehensive mobile analytics and leverage Firebase (Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging, Performance Monitoring, etc.) for app quality, real-time monitoring, and feature experimentation

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver user centric solutions.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and ensure adherence to best security practices.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers, promoting clean code and consistent standards.

- Stay up to date with the latest Flutter ecosystem advancements, mobile platform changes, and InsureTech standards.

Requirements :

- 3- 6 years of overall mobile development experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on Flutter (Dart) development in production applications.

- Strong experience with Flutter UI development, state management, and cross-platform architecture.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.

- Practical experience integrating Firebase services such as Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, and Remote Config.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, networking, and secure data storage practice.

- Experience with mobile app distribution and release workflows for :

1. Google Play Console

2. Apple App Store / TestFlight

- Solid understanding of code quality practices, including testing, code reviews, and maintainability.

- Clear communicator and effective collaborator.

- Experience in insurance, fintech, or other regulated domains is a plus.

Nice to have :

- Knowledge of cross-platform frameworks beyond Flutter.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and mobile DevOps practices.

- Experience with mobile analytics, A/B testing, and user growth optimization.

- Exposure to accessibility standards and internationalization/localization.
