About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Flutter and Dart and be comfortable building cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Flutter applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Fix bugs and improve application performance.

- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.

- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 1-2 years of experience in mobile application development using Flutter and Dart.

- Solid understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) concepts.

- Experience in building and releasing apps on iOS and Android platforms.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of backend services.

- Knowledge of State Management approaches like Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.

- Understanding of responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices.

- Experience with Git and version control systems.

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.

- Knowledge of Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions).

- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools for Flutter.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
