- We are looking for talented Flutter Developers with 46 years of experience in Flutter & Dart to join our offshore team in India. Candidates with banking and financial domain exposure will be preferred. The role involves building and maintaining high-performance mobile applications that deliver seamless user experiences for enterprise-grade financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

- Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, microservices, and backend systems.

- Ensure applications meet banking/financial industry standards for performance, reliability, and security.

- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide technical support and collaborate with onshore teams for project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 - 6 years of professional experience in mobile application development.

- Strong expertise in Flutter framework and Dart programming language.

- Experience integrating mobile apps with REST APIs and backend services.

- Exposure to banking/financial applications or familiarity with financial workflows.

- Knowledge of state management techniques (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).

- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
