Job Description:

We are looking for a 7+ year experienced Flutter developer with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in the banking/financial services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.

- Collaborate with product, backend, QA, and UX teams.

- Implement secure coding practices for banking/financial applications.

- Integrate REST APIs and manage app state efficiently.

- Ensure performance optimization, stability, and scalability.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Work closely with stakeholders and communicate progress effectively.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong expertise in Flutter & Dart.

- Experience building banking / financial applications.

- Solid understanding of mobile security (encryption, secure storage, authentication).

- State management: Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.

- REST API integration & JSON handling.

- Strong knowledge of Android & iOS app lifecycle.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent communication & collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with payment gateways, KYC, and digital wallets.

- Knowledge of Flutter Web or desktop apps.

- Firebase, monitoring, and crash analytics.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
