Flutter Developer - Android & iOS Platform

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Flutter Developer to build high-quality, scalable, and secure mobile applications used by millions of users globally. You will work in a fast-paced, agile environment and contribute to next-generation mobile products in the banking/fintech domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Android & iOS)

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable Dart code following best practices

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features

- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and payment/authentication services

- Implement secure mobile features including biometric authentication (Fingerprint / Face ID)

- Perform unit testing, code reviews, bug fixes, and performance optimization

- Create technical documentation and contribute to long-term product stability

- Experiment with new Flutter features, plugins, and mobile innovations

Required Skills & Experience :

- You developed at least three apps, of which at least one is available via Google Play;

- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart

- Experience delivering at least 3 mobile apps, with at least one live on Google Play Store or Apple App Store

- Good understanding of state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.)

- Experience with API integration, JSON parsing, and asynchronous programming

- Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices

- Familiarity with Android/iOS native concepts is a plus

- You are excellent in reading code in order to be able to analyze quickly;

- We won't have to tell you anything about mobile development for Android - you will teach us your best practices;

- Java holds no secrets for you;

- Product is rapidly expanding, and you will deliver speedy and cost-efficient solutions.

Good to Have :

- Experience in banking, fintech, or high-scale consumer applications

- Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile apps

- Experience with Firebase, analytics, crash reporting tools

- Exposure to native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift)
