InnerBhakti is a fast-growing devotional and spiritual wellness platform helping users deepen their faith through guided practices, content, and community. We serve a paid subscriber base across India and are scaling rapidly.

Our mobile app is the heart of the experience, and were rebuilding it with stability, scale, and craft as first-class principles.

The Role :

Were looking for a Flutter Developer to help us rebuild and scale the InnerBhakti app into a delightful, reliable product for our growing user base.

You will own meaningful parts of the codebase, work directly with the tech lead and the founders, and have a real say in how the app is architected going forward.

This is a hands-on role youll write production code daily, review PRs, debug production issues, and contribute to architectural decisions as we modernize the app.

What Youll Do :

Build, ship, and maintain features in our Flutter app for Android and iOS. Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, performant UI. Integrate with REST APIs from our backend and gracefully handle offline and edge cases.

Refactor legacy modules into a clean, scalable architecture. Optimize app performance startup time, frame rendering, memory, and bundle size.

Write unit and widget tests, participate in code reviews, mentor juniors, and help raise the engineering bar across the team.

What Were Looking For :

- 3+ years of professional Flutter / Dart experience shipping production apps to the Play Store and App Store.

- B.Tech / M.Tech from NIT, IIT, BITS, IIIT, or a Tier-1 institute.

- Strong Dart fundamentals async/await, streams, isolates, null safety, generics.

- Hands-on experience with a modern state management approach and consuming REST APIs with proper auth, retries, and error handling.

- Comfortable with Firebase (Auth, Crashlytics, FCM, Analytics) and standard mobile tooling.

- Solid OOP, data structures, and clean code fundamentals; belief in writing tests.

- Able to debug native issues on both Android and iOS when needed.

- Bonus : experience with apps at 100K+ MAU, CI/CD for mobile, in-app subscriptions, or analytics instrumentation.
