Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Python Lead with 8-12 years of expertise in backend development, data engineering, and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive technical excellence, and deliver scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead design, development, and deployment of Python-based applications using FastAPI and Postgres.

- Architect and optimize data pipelines leveraging Scrapy, Zyte, and Redis.

- Implement advanced analytics workflows with Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, and Spark.

- Drive cloud-based solutions using Azure Databricks, Azure Storage, and monitoring with Grafana.

- Manage containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and enforce best practices in Git-based version control.

- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8-12 years of professional experience in Python development with leadership exposure.

- Strong expertise in FastAPI, Postgres, Scrapy, Zyte, Redis.

- Proficiency in data engineering libraries : Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, Spark.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Storage, Grafana.

- Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.

- Proven track record in CI/CD implementation and Git workflows.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in designing large-scale distributed systems.

- Exposure to real-time monitoring and operational analytics.

- Ability to drive innovation and adopt emerging technologies.
