We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated UI Tech Lead to guide our talented team in building exceptional user experiences.

You'll be instrumental in shaping our product's UI direction, fostering team growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be Responsible For :

- Leading and Nurturing a High-Performing Team : You'll lead a team of 5-7 top-notch UI developers, fostering their technical and professional growth.

- This includes handling developer career progression, mentoring, and crafting individual development plans for team members.

- You'll also effectively manage both high and low performers, providing guidance and support, and offer regular, constructive feedback to help them grow.

- Strategic Technical Leadership & Project Delivery : You'll create and own the technical roadmap for the UI products you're working on.

- This role involves driving the entire project lifecycle, from problem-solving, UI design, and technical solutioning to meticulous planning and execution.

- You'll deep-dive into technical aspects, offering hands-on support for new features and bug resolution, and will be key in identifying and addressing technical debts.

- Quality Assurance & Collaboration : You'll set robust quality guardrails for the team, ensuring our UI deliverables are always top-notch.

- Collaboration is key; you'll work closely with Product Managers, Business teams, Design teams, Architects, and Backend teams to plan and execute projects seamlessly.

- You'll also provide timely and transparent updates to stakeholders on project progress and any blockers.
