Product Managers play a pivotal role in leveraging technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences. They bring an analytical and problem-solving mindset, dive deep into functional and problem spaces, and work with stakeholders and partners to build a broader perspective.
By taking an outside-in view of problems, Product Managers define a vision, strategy, and roadmap to address immediate business needs while laying the foundation for future disruptions and innovations.
Once envisioned, they align and inspire cross-functional stakeholders spanning business, operations, finance, and engineering and lead the transformation of ideas into tangible products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for a key product or business area.
- Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including strategy, customer insights, requirements definition, and go-to-market planning.
- Partner with business leaders, category heads, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and shape substantial parts of the customer experience.
- Gather customer needs and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements and features.
- Define and ensure the delivery of user conditions, maintaining a user-centric perspective across business and operations.
- Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into simple, elegant, and impactful product functionalities.
- Leverage data, research, and market insights to evolve product strategy and make informed decisions.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and proactively resolve issues during implementation and operationalization.
- Act as a trusted advisor, mentor, and guide within the product team and across business units.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform product innovation and future growth.
Requirements :
- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in technology-driven or platform businesses.
- Post-graduation in Management (MBA) or equivalent academic background.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define product features, roadmaps, and strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and influence decision-making across teams.
- Passion for technology platforms, with demonstrated experience in applying technology to solve real-world business problems.
- Proven ability to develop simple, elegant, and customer-focused product features that enhance user experience.
- Data-driven approach with hands-on experience in defining KPIs, analyzing metrics, and using insights to optimize product performance.
- Ability to inspire cross-functional teams and align them toward common goals.
Good to Have :
- Experience in scaling technology platforms or marketplace businesses.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
- Prior experience in eCommerce, SaaS, FinTech, or consumer tech product environments.
