Flexera One Specialist

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Flexera One Specialist to lead enterprise-level Software Asset Management (SAM) initiatives. You will manage Flexera implementations, integrations, and optimization strategies to ensure compliance and cost efficiency across on-prem and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and administer Flexera One including IT Visibility (ITV), SaaS Management, and SAP Optimization modules

- Deploy and manage Flexera agents across Windows, Linux, virtual, and cloud infrastructures

- Integrate Flexera One with ServiceNow CMDB, SCCM, VMware, Active Directory, and other discovery tools

- Develop API-based integrations for automation, reporting, and data exchange

- Manage software normalization, recognition, and high-quality inventory ingestion

- Ensure accurate end-to-end asset visibility across hybrid environments

- Develop dashboards and reports for license compliance and optimization

- Support software audits, renewals, and cost governance initiatives

Skills Required :

- 4 to 8+ years of experience in SAM/ITAM with deep expertise in Flexera One

- Strong knowledge of ITV, SaaS Management, SAP Optimizer, Agents, APIs, and reporting modules

- Experience integrating with ServiceNow CMDB and discovery tools (SCCM, BigFix, Tanium)

- Understanding of enterprise licensing models (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, SAP)

- Experience with Business Adapter and data ingestion frameworks

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

- Proven experience in enterprise software asset lifecycle management
