Flexcube Techno-Functional Consultant

Technical Skills :

- Strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE UBS Version 14.x

- Hands-on onsite FLEXCUBE implementation experience

- Experience in integration projects involving FLEXCUBE core banking applications

- Ability to configure, customize, and support FLEXCUBE modules

- Knowledge of banking domain processes (Accounts, Payments, Loans, Customer Management, etc.)

- Experience with data migration, ETL tools, and validation processes

- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git, SVN) and deployment methodologies

- Understanding of related OS, databases, and platforms (Unix/Linux, Oracle DB, etc.)

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills

- Good communication and stakeholder-management capabilities

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Perform end-to-end FLEXCUBE implementation activities, including :

- Installation and environment setup

- System configuration and parameter setup

- Customization support and requirement analysis

- Data migration planning, execution, and validation

2. Conducting SIT / UAT and supporting defect resolution

3. Provide user training, functional walkthroughs, and post-go-live support

4. Coordinate closely with vendors, partners, and internal technical/functional teams

5. Ensure adherence to version control, configuration management, and deployment standards

6. Prepare technical/functional documentation, test cases, and configuration artifacts

7. Support integration activities with upstream/downstream systems

8. Assist in performance optimization, environment health checks, and issue resolution

9. Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing within the project team
