- Develop and evolve AI-powered tools and platforms including Abacus.ai, Workato iPaaS solutions for agentic orchestration, and organization-wide AI development tools such as Cursor.

- Create intelligent automation workflows that leverage natural language understanding and data signals to trigger agentic actions and business processes.

- Integrate AI capabilities with existing business applications, collaboration platforms (such as Slack), data sources, and IT infrastructure to create seamless end-to-end solutions.

- Design and implement data connectivity solutions that enable AI systems to access, process, and act upon various data sources for intelligent decision-making.

- Develop sophisticated prompting strategies and conversation flows that effectively translate business requirements into actionable AI responses and automated workflows.

- Build and maintain AI-powered intelligent agents that can orchestrate complex business processes and provide autonomous problem-solving capabilities.

- Optimize AI solution performance through efficient coding practices, resource management, and continuous monitoring of deployed systems.

- Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI implementations, conducting testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements and performance standards.

Key Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience with at least 1+ years focused on AI/ML implementation and deployment in enterprise environments.

- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and familiarity with MLOps tools.

- Proven experience with AI platforms and tools such as Abacus.ai, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, or similar enterprise AI solutions.

- Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato, Zapier, or similar tools for creating automated workflows and integrations.

- Proficiency with modern development tools including AI-assisted coding environments like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-powered development platforms.

- Strong data integration skills with experience connecting to various data sources (APIs, databases, cloud storage) and implementing data pipelines for AI applications.

- Understanding of agentic AI concepts including prompt engineering, conversation design, and autonomous agent development.

- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of debugging complex technical issues and optimizing system performance.

- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
