Key Responsibilities :

- Provide day-to-day support for the Fiserv Signature platform.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams and clients on solution design and implementation.

- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

- Conduct root cause analysis and suggest effective fixes.

- Support client onboarding, customizations, and data migrations.

- Maintain detailed documentation and knowledge base.

- Coordinate with vendors and Fiserv support for escalations.

- Identify opportunities for platform enhancements.

- Test new features and updates before production rollout.

- Deliver user training and ongoing support.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements :

- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of banking systems and financial transactions.

- Familiarity with system architecture, integrations, and workflows.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in Fiserv Signature.

- Experience with SQL, Oracle, APIs, and web services.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
