As a member of the Multimedia Audio Firmware team, you will collaborate closely with teams responsible for Device Drivers, DSP Firmware/Algorithms, and SoC/IP to develop and deliver audio interface drivers.

You will also work with Domain and Software Architects to lead the design and implementation of key audio features.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop DSP firmware.

- Lead the development of core audio features including :

HDA (High Definition Audio)
SoundWire
I2S (Inter-IC Sound)
Bluetooth Audio
USB Audio Playback and Capture

Preferred Qualifications & Experience :

- 5+ years of relevant industry experience.

- Strong proficiency in C and Assembly programming.

- Mandatory experience in DSP firmware development.

- Hands-on experience with microcontroller programming and low-level debugging.

- Expertise in memory and clock performance optimization.

- Familiarity with audio codec programming (e.g., MP3) and FPGA/pre-silicon validation is a plus.

- Excellent debugging skills at the assembly, C, and system level.

- Experience with Windows device drivers is advantageous.

- Knowledge of Xtensa/Cadence DSP architecture and tools is a plus.

- Exposure to SystemC modeling and Cadence XTSC (Xtensa SystemC) is beneficial.

- Understanding of audio frameworks and domain knowledge is a plus.

Educational Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or Computer Science (CSC) - OR - Masters degree in Embedded Systems or Digital Signal Processing, or equivalent
