We are currently looking for a Lead Product Owner to drive product strategy, delivery, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate company goals into actionable product strategies and ensure the delivery of high-quality, market-leading products.

- Create detailed product requirements, specifications, and user stories, ensuring timely and successful product launches.

- Provide regular progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

- Own and manage the product backlogensuring it is continuously prioritized, aligned with customer needs, and optimized for business value.

- Partner with Business Analysts, developers, and cross-functional teams to define release plans, communicate release notes, and manage deployment timelines.

- Foster strong communication and collaboration across all teams involved in product development.

- Identify risks or blockers that may impact product delivery and adjust the roadmap, priorities, or approach as needed.

- Oversee and coordinate product releases, ensuring seamless and timely delivery of features and enhancements.

- Maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitor landscape, client needs, and emerging industry trends to inform product evolution and innovation.

What We Expect From You :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or similar discipline.

- 45+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in Financial Services, FinTech, Trading Systems, or similar domains.

- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal.

- Proven experience managing multiple products end-to-end (from conceptualization to delivery).

- Experience defining objectives and KPIs for development teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Technical Skills (Preferred/Added) :

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.

- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar product management tools.

- Familiarity with API-driven products, microservices, and system architecture concepts.
