Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) Expert to implement and maintain data quality rules, profiling, and governance on the Informatica IDMC platform. The role will focus on ensuring high-quality, accurate, and reliable data across enterprise systems. The candidate will work closely with Data Governance, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to define, implement, and monitor data quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• - - - Implement, configure, and maintain data quality rules and workflows in Informatica IDMC.
• - - - Perform data profiling, cleansing, standardization, and validation using IDMC Data Quality features.
• - - - Collaborate with Data Governance teams to define data quality standards, metrics, and monitoring frameworks.
• - - - Identify data quality issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions across datasets.
• - - - Design and maintain data quality dashboards, reports, and automated alerts for continuous monitoring.
• - - - Work on data integration pipelines to ensure quality at source and target systems.
• - - - Provide guidance on best practices for data quality management in a cloud-based environment.
• - - - Proactively suggest new potential quality rules, processes, and IDMC capabilities.

• - - - Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) in the IDMC cloud environment.
• - - - Expertise in defining and implementing data quality rules, validation, cleansing, and standardization.
• - - - Experience with data profiling, data matching, and data enrichment.
• - - - Understanding DWH concepts and dimensions and Facts.
• - - - Knowledge of cloud-based ETL/ELT processes and data integration in IDMC.
• - - - Strong SQL and relational database experience (Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
• - - - Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and data lineage.
• - - - Should be able to opportunities to define and shape data governance and quality standards across the organization.
• - - - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• - - - Informatica IDMC and IDQ certification.
• - - - Experience with master data management (MDM) and data stewardship processes.
• - - - Knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance regulations.
• - - - Having experience in commercial banking is a plus
