Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Capital Markets to drive end-to-end project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale technology or business transformation initiatives in investment banking/financial services.

Prior exposure to Murex (MX.3) will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage capital markets projects across the full lifecycle initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Coordinate with stakeholders including business users, technology teams, and external vendors.

- Manage project governance, reporting, timelines, and risk/issue tracking.

- Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Drive requirement gathering workshops and support solution design discussions.

- Oversee testing, UAT, migration, and implementation phases.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

- Manage budgets, resources, and change requests effectively.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 to 15 years of total experience with at least 5+ years in project management within Capital Markets.

- Strong knowledge of financial products (FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Equities, Risk, etc.

- Proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder, cross-functional projects.

- Excellent knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Hands-on experience in preparing project plans, status reports, and dashboards.

- Experience working with global teams and onshore/offshore delivery models.

Good to Have :

- Murex (MX.3) exposure implementation, upgrade, or support projects.

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification.

- Understanding of regulatory requirements (MiFID II, Basel III, etc.
