This is a high-ownership management role responsible for driving successful project outcomes, optimizing processes, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution :

- Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with senior management and key stakeholders.

- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans covering tasks, schedules, resource allocation, and dependencies.

- Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery across all assigned projects.

Team & Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the primary point of contact between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Communicate project status, risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies clearly and regularly.

- Foster team collaboration, remove roadblocks, and ensure smooth coordination across engineering, QA, design, and product teams.

Governance & Quality Assurance:

- Monitor project performance using appropriate project management tools and KPIs.

- Ensure deliverables meet organizational quality standards and client expectations.

- Manage project budgets, forecast resource needs, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Process Improvement & Strategy :

- Stay updated on emerging project management frameworks and Agile best practices.

- Recommend and implement improvements in processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the project management function.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience managing end-to-end software development projects (Web & Mobile).

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.

- Proven ability to manage multiple small or mid-sized projects simultaneously.

Technical & Management Skills :

- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.

- Exceptional communication, team leadership, and organizational skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to proactively identify risks and propose solutions
