Role Overview
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to lead the design language and user experience across Fincents product and marketing ecosystem. This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate across functions to build intuitive, beautiful, and user-centric digital experiences that make finance feel effortless.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design execution across Fincents product and brand interfacesfrom wireframes to final UI.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to translate business requirements into seamless user journeys.
- Define, establish, and maintain a scalable design system for both web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to inform product decisions.
- Ensure all designs are accessible, inclusive, consistent, and adhere to best UI/UX practices.
- Advocate for design excellence and play a key role in shaping the design culture within the company.
- Deliver interactive prototypes and facilitate feedback loops with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer in a fast-paced, early-stage or SaaS environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, UX strategy, visual polish, and shipped products.
- Proficiency in Figma (we live in it daily), and experience with prototyping tools such as Framer, InVision, or Adobe XD.
- Solid grasp of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly explain design decisions.
- Comfortable working in agile development environments with rapid iteration.
Preferred Technical Skills
- Design Tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Framer, InVision, Webflow (nice to have).
- Prototyping & Animation: Principle, Lottie, ProtoPie.
- Front-end Awareness: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, responsive design, and component-based UI frameworks (e.g., React or Tailwind familiarity is a plus).
- Design Systems: Experience building and scaling atomic design systems.
- Accessibility Standards: WCAG compliance and inclusive design knowledge.
