Job Responsibilities :

- Managing end-to-end projects, from gathering requirements to deploying machine learning models.

- Optimizing algorithms for better performance, ensuring model reliability through MLOps practices, and maintaining data privacy standards.

- Leading the development and optimization of machine learning models.

- Conducting thorough data analysis to extract actionable insights.

- Collaborating with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments.

- Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

- Ensuring adherence to ethical standards and data privacy regulations.

Mandatory Skills :

- Experience with writing robust code in Python/R/Java.

- Good understanding of machine learning algorithms Linear, boosting, clustering, probabilistic graphical models, etc.

- 5+ years of experience of working on large datasets and synthetic data.

- Understanding of time series algorithms/techniques.

- Team handling experience.

- Hands-on experience with libraries like scikit, spacy, nltk, matplotlib, etc.

- Strong problem solving skill.

Mandatory Education : BE Computers / MCS / Phd.
