Job Title : Machine Learning Engineer.

Experience Required : 3+ Years.

Job location : Pune [Hybrid].

Job Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Model Development : Design, build, and productionize machine learning models to tackle key business problems.

- You will handle everything from data gathering and feature engineering to model training and evaluation.

- Data Strategy & Preparation : Define data requirements and build robust pipelines for datacollection, cleaning, labeling, and validation.

- MLOps & Productionization : Convert ML prototypes into scalable, production-ready services.

- Implement model monitoring, and deployment strategies using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Research & Innovation : Stay current with the latest advancements in ML and continuously explore new techniques to improve model performance and efficiency.

Mandatory Skills :

- Programming : 3+ years of professional experience writing clean, robust, and production-quality code, with strong proficiency in Python.

- ML Fundamentals : A solid grasp of core machine learning concepts and algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble methods (e.g., Boosting).

- ML Libraries : Hands-on experience with standard Python data science and ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib/Seaborn.

- Deep Learning : Foundational knowledge of deep learning concepts and hands-on experience with at least one major framework like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

- Time Series Analysis : Proven experience with time series forecasting techniques and algorithms.

- Problem Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems with data.

- Education : A Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

What Is Good To Have :

- Understanding of deep learning fundamentals.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI).

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a major plus.

- Practical experience with NLP libraries like spaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face Transformers.
