Job Title : FinancialForce ERP Consultant.

Job Type : Full-Time.

Experience : 5-15 years.

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (Remote).

Responsibilities :

- Experience in FinancialForce ERP and/or PSA implementations and support.

- Strong expertise in Accounting, Billing, Projects, Resource & Time Management, and Revenue Recognition modules.

- Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including configuration, security model, and custom objects.

- Experience with data migration, reporting, and dashboard development.

- Experience working in professional services, SaaS, or technology industries.

- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, or integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Workato is a plus.

- Understanding of financial processes (GL, AR, AP, FP&A) and SaaS business models.

- FinancialForce or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified FinancialForce ERP Consultant, Salesforce Administrator).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.

- Lead or support end-to-end implementation of FinancialForce ERP and PSA solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Design, configure, and customize FinancialForce modules including GL, AR, AP, Billing, Revenue Recognition, Projects, Timecards, and Resource Management.

- Integrate FinancialForce with Salesforce and other third-party systems.

- Develop functional and technical documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and test cases.

- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing FinancialForce applications.

- Conduct user training and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and accounting standards.

- Support data migration, system upgrades, and performance tuning.

Qualification : Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
